General Terms & Conditions:
- Customer Registration: The user must have an account on Iraqi Cinemas Application. The account should include Full Name, Mobile Number & Email Address.
- Seats Booking: The user can access movie show times, choose the number of seats from the available seats with 3D Glasses if needed and move to the other steps for purchase. No Booking is allowed over the phone.
- Booking Confirmation: Once the seats are chosen, the User must proceed with the payment in order to confirm his booking.
- Refund Policy: NO REFUND WILL BE MADE unless Iraqi Cinemas was not able to provide the service. The refund will be made electronically same as the payment method used while purchasing the ticket.
Iraqi Cinemas Booking System might experience some issues sometimes due to the Internet Service provider interruption in Iraq or any other technical problems. We strongly recommend Users to move from one step to another slowly.
